Callao Salvaje

Callao Salvaje (Savage Coast) is a coastal self contained residential town and holiday resort that was once a small fishing village situated on the south west coast of Tenerife.

Callao Salvaje is a great base for exploring Tenerife, it is a 25 minute drive from the Airport and only 10 minutes away from the more lively resorts of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos. There is a good bus service in operation and a Taxi rank for those clients who prefer not to drive.

There is a mixture of apartments, town houses, small and luxury villas available for sale and for holiday rental. Callao Salvaje has 5 Aparthotels, a mixture of bars, restaurants, shops, 4 supermarkets, 3 banks, a chemist and a Doctors surgery. There is a pebble beach with a promise from the local authorities for a man made beach to be constructed.

Due to the fact that Callao Salvaje faces due west it enjoys more sunshine hours than any other resort on the island.
