REGATTA RIDGE - Purchase InformationThe plots are freehold with outline planning permission for one family home subject to the Indenture of Conveyance, (size and position limitations).The plots can be purchased either outright or with terms – 25% deposit and 60 monthly repayments at 9.9% pa interest.
